The Chateau Project
The paint wasn’t the first step.
Before the Paint Division came in, one of CMC’s carpenters spent two days repairing woodpecker damage, damaged siding and worn eaves around the home.
Once those repairs were handled, the paint crew moved in for prep, masking and the new exterior finish.
That’s the part of a paint project people don’t always see: the finish is only as good as the work underneath it.
